Veg Update
I've been busy lately and not had chance to update as I would have liked.
The Garden is coming along well and everthing is growing nicely. I think I have been lucky that nothing has come along and eaten all the veg! Shirley, who I work with, asked some friends with allotments if they had any spare veg. last week she arrived at work with a bag full of leeks, cabbage and cauliflower. These I duely planted and they seem to be doing well. They should be ready to harvest in the autumn.
On Wednesday Laurent, Elise's brother arrived to stay with us until we go to France for the wedding. As part of the meal we ate the first lettuice from the garden, and it was goooood. Mmmmm.
I took these photos last week.

Hi Jim.
The veg is looking great - what a joy to have your own food from the garden on the table...
All the very best for the wedding and hope to see you (both?) soon...
